4. Contract Period and Termination

The contract is valid indefinitely. Billing:

Defined in Annex 2 (SLA, IT2022 standard basis).

6. Data Protection and Security

Annex 3 (DPA), Annex 4 (TOMs), Annex 5 (Subprocessors). Primary storage and administration of the Lyyli service is in environments located in the EU/EEA; in some processing stages (e.g., AI APIs) data may be processed or transferred outside the EU/EEA as described in the DPA and subprocessor list using appropriate transfer mechanisms (GDPR Chapter V).
