Getting started
Dashboard and overview
Learn to read Dashboard statistics and track your team's content production progress.
The Dashboard is Lyyli's home screen, giving you an at-a-glance view of where your entire team's content production stands. Overdue tasks, pending ideas, upcoming deadlines – all in one place.
Statistic cards
At the top of the Dashboard you'll find six statistic cards that quickly summarise the state of your workspace:
- Active contents – The total number of active contents in your workspace, i.e. all non-archived contents.
- Published this month – The number of contents published during the current month.
- Overdue – The number of contents whose deadline has passed.
- Open ideas – The number of open ideas awaiting processing.
- Workspaces – The workspaces in your organisation that you have access to.
- AI calls – The number of AI calls used in the current billing period.
Content Pipeline
The Content Pipeline bar shows a visual breakdown of how your contents are distributed across workflow stages. Each coloured segment represents a stage, and its width reflects the relative number of contents.
- Lyyli Ideas – Ideas suggested automatically by Lyyli from your idea sources.
- Idea – Manually added or approved ideas.
- To Do – Ideas that have been moved to the work queue.
- Draft – Work-in-progress drafts currently being edited.
- Published – Completed and published contents.
Workspaces table
The table lists every workspace you have access to and shows a status summary for each:
- Total – The total number of contents in the workspace.
- Published – The number of published contents.
- Drafts – The number of work-in-progress drafts.
- Overdue – The number of contents that are past their deadline.
Upcoming Deadlines
On the right-hand side you'll see a chronological list of upcoming deadlines. It shows the content title, workspace and due date, so you always know what's coming next and never miss a schedule.
Tips for using the Dashboard
Get the most out of the Dashboard
Check the Dashboard at the start of every workday for a quick snapshot of your team's progress. Monitor the Overdue count actively and act immediately if it starts growing. Use the Workspaces table to get a team-wide overview, especially when your organisation has multiple workspaces.
Common problems
The Overdue count is high but you don't know which contents are affected?
Switch to the Kanban view and make sure you have selected the correct workspace. Use filters and sort by deadline to quickly find the overdue contents.
