Getting started

Workspaces and projects: menu navigation

GrowthProfessional

Switch workspaces and projects quickly and create new ones when your plan allows.

When you work with multiple workspaces and projects, quick top-bar navigation saves time every day. This guide shows how to switch context smoothly without interrupting your workflow.

Check your organisation picker

Workspaces and organisations are different scopes—if workspaces look wrong, verify the organisation/context switcher in your top bar/settings matches the tenant you intend to use.

Workspace menu (left selector)

  • Click the workspace name in the top bar to open the workspace list.
  • Select a workspace to switch all content, conversations and settings to that workspace.
  • Create a workspace by choosing _Create workspace_ at the bottom of the menu.

Project menu (right selector)

  • Click the project name (for example, General) to open the project list.
  • Select a project to focus the view on that specific project's content.
  • Create a project by choosing _New project_ at the bottom of the menu.

Workspace home and sidebar map

After switching workspaces, return via the sidebar/top navigation entry that acts as home or overview for that workspace (Dashboard exists for Admin only in the current product; Member users use other anchors). When something looks "missing", validate the active workspace before filing a ticket.

Role trims navigation

If Planning, Content, or Meetings never appear, compare with an editor/admin account—some menus are role-gated rather than broken.

Team best practice

Use workspaces for organisation/customer-level separation and projects for campaigns or content streams. This keeps filters, deadlines and responsibilities clean for everyone.

Plans

Managing and creating multiple workspaces and projects is available in Growth and Professional plans. If the menus or create actions are missing, verify your current plan.
