01Why we are changing how trials start
Automated bots on the open web increasingly try to exploit SaaS products and create accounts through traditional protections. To keep capacity and security at a high level without disruption, we are moving to a more controlled model for starting trials.
02New trial practices
- Starter: We offer a 14-day free trial. Starting the trial requires entering credit card details to verify the account, but the card is not charged during the trial.
- Professional: For organisation-level Professional we offer a 30-day free trial. From now on the trial starts through a 30-minute intro meeting.
Linking the Professional trial to a short kickoff meeting means we can walk through your team's real needs, brand context and workflows from day one. That way the team gets full value from the trial without wasted guessing.
03Flexible payment for annual licences
Even though starting a trial needs credit card verification, payment for the actual subscription stays flexible. Organisation annual licences can always be handled with a traditional e-invoice or invoicing by agreement.
