Professional includes Admin and Member roles, approvals and an audit trail in the documented scope. Lyyli is not currently ISO 27001 certified, but develops ISMS practices against that framework.

- Is Lyyli ISO 27001 certified?
- No. Lyyli develops ISMS practices against the ISO 27001 framework, but is not currently certified.
- Where is data processed?
- Primary application data for customer workspaces is stored in the EU. Some AI processing and subprocessors may process data outside the EU or EEA.
- Can we buy Lyyli without direct channel publishing?
- Yes. Publishing APIs are not available yet. Approval happens in Lyyli and content is taken to the destination platform.
