Workflow and Kanban

Calendar view

All

Learn to use the calendar view for month and week level planning, and to move tasks with drag-and-drop.

The calendar view gives a quick overview of what is planned in the active workspace for the month or week. It supports both high-level planning and daily schedule adjustments.

Month and week view

Month view gives a single-glance overview of all tasks and publishing rhythm for the whole month. Week view provides day-level detail for precise planning and quick rescheduling. Switch views based on whether you need broad visibility or focused weekly execution.

Unscheduled panel

The side panel of the calendar view shows content that does not yet have a deadline. Here is how to manage them:

  1. Content is grouped by type, making it easy to find blog posts, social posts, and other formats.
  2. Drag a content item from the Unscheduled panel to the desired day on the calendar.
  3. The deadline is set automatically based on the day you drop the item.
  4. You can freely move content from one day to another later by dragging.

Tips

Get more out of the calendar view

Use month view for load balancing and publishing cadence, and week view for day-level priorities. When plans change, move tasks directly in the calendar with drag-and-drop instead of editing each card separately.

Common issues

The calendar appears empty

First check that you are in the correct workspace. If the workspace has content but nothing appears on the calendar, the items are probably missing a deadline. Content without a deadline only appears in the Unscheduled panel.
