Workflow and Kanban
Creating and managing projects
Create projects, switch the active project, and filter content by project.
In Lyyli, projects group content inside a workspace by campaign, channel, or theme—confirm you are in the right workspace first.
Access does not auto-cascade
Workspace and project sharing are separate layers. Someone who can open a workspace might still need an explicit project invitation to see its contents—mirror what your sharing UI shows.
Selecting a workspace before creating a project
A project always belongs to a single workspace. Before creating a project, check the left-hand navigation to confirm you have selected the correct workspace. If your organisation has multiple workspaces, a project created in the wrong one won't appear where you need it.
Creating a new project from the top menu
- Open the top-bar project menu and select New project.
- Enter a Project name (for example "Q2 campaign" or "LinkedIn content").
- Write Project goals. This instruction is added automatically to the beginning of each new chat in this project.
- Choose the project's default AI model.
- Configure the tone of voice settings (use workspace tone, copy and edit, or create from scratch).
- Click Create.
Switching to a project
- Open the project menu in the top bar inside the active workspace.
- Select the project you want from the list.
Tips
Use projects effectively
Name projects clearly and consistently, for example by campaign or channel. Use colour coding to quickly distinguish between projects. Filter the Kanban by project when you want to focus on a single project's contents without distractions.
Common problems
You cannot find where to create a project
A project can only be created from the top-bar project menu by selecting New project. It is not available in the sidebar or elsewhere.
