Creating content
Content lifecycle and management
All
Follow a content card from draft to archive and know which article covers metadata, text, or media.
In Lyyli, content usually lives on one card—this article describes the end-to-end workflow before topic-specific guides.
Sharing stays explicit
Workspace or project membership does not automatically grant card access—verify sharing dialogs. Pair with Layered sharing and access when escalation happens.
Create and edit
- Create from the workspace/project content area via Create / New content wording from product.
- Capture brief vs body separation early; stakeholders read briefs while markdown body targets publishing channels.
- Save early and watch autosave cues if surfaced.
Status, assignment, archiving
- Advance status only via chips/selectors enumerated in UI.
- Assign owners wherever the dialog exposes them.
- Use bulk operations only after verifying the UX for your audience.
- Archive completed noise; confirm whether collaborators retain visibility post-archive inside your QA matrix.
Where to continue
- Content card basics — editor splits, commenting, restore-friendly version timeline.
- External review links — tokenised reviewer surfaces.
- Metadata & ownership, Text content creation, and AI chat for deeper authoring flows.
- Image generation vs Image library as distinct hops.
- Planning tool for structured ideation—not a casual chat substitute.
