Creating content

Content lifecycle and management

All

Follow a content card from draft to archive and know which article covers metadata, text, or media.

In Lyyli, content usually lives on one card—this article describes the end-to-end workflow before topic-specific guides.

Sharing stays explicit

Workspace or project membership does not automatically grant card access—verify sharing dialogs. Pair with Layered sharing and access when escalation happens.

Create and edit
  1. Create from the workspace/project content area via Create / New content.
  2. Capture title, brief, and notes early in the workflow.
  3. Save regularly and watch for autosave indicators when shown.
Status, assignment, archiving
  1. Advance status using the status control on the card.
  2. Assign owners where the card exposes that field.
  3. Use bulk operations carefully after confirming the selected cards.
  4. Archive completed work according to team policy.

  • Metadata & ownership, Text content creation, and AI chat for deeper authoring flows.
  • Image generation vs Image library as distinct hops.
