Create and circulate
- Open the content card and locate Share review link (wording mirrors your rollout).
- Generate credentials/labels/expiry inputs if shown—timezone matters for deadlines.
- Send through an approved confidential channel.
Reviewer scope
Assume reviewers authenticate via token-bound pages with limited affordances unless your UI contradicts this. Train CS not to oversell editable capabilities reviewers lack.
Leak + compliance
Anyone with the URL can reopen it until revocation/expiry succeeds. Tie links to approvals workflow and deactivate early when feedback lands.
