Creating content
Planning tool
Use Planning for multi-item campaigns and content plans with AI proposal cards.
In Lyyli, Planning is a dedicated view for structured campaign work—not the same as everyday AI chat.
Accessing the Planning view
- Select Planning from the sidebar.
- The Plan your communications view opens. You will see a chat field and your previous planning sessions in the left panel.
Starting a new plan
- Type a description of what you want to plan in the chat field. For example: "Plan a three-week LinkedIn campaign for our AI service launch."
- The AI analyses your request and suggests a content package that may include post ideas, scheduling proposals and channel-specific messaging angles.
- You can continue the conversation by refining your request. For example: "Add a CTA to each post that directs to the landing page" or "Make the second week customer-story focused."
Choosing a model
In the top area of the view you can see the active AI model. You can switch models mid-session to suit your needs. Different models may produce different types of suggestions – try different options and pick the one that works best for the situation.
Planning Sessions
The left panel shows a list of your previous planning sessions. You can return to any earlier session by clicking it and continue planning from where you left off. Start a new session by selecting + New session. Each session retains the full conversation history, making it easy to compare how different planning options evolve over time.
Adding suggestions to the board
- AI-generated content suggestions appear as cards in the conversation.
- Each suggestion has an Add to board button.
- You can add suggestions one by one or select multiple and use Add selected to board.
- Added suggestions move directly to your content board for further editing.
Tips
Tips for effective planning
1. Describe your goals in detail. The more specific your description, the more relevant the AI suggestions. Mention the target audience, objectives and channels. 2. Use strategically. Planning is especially well suited for quarterly planning, campaign packages and multi-channel communication frameworks. 3. Save your sessions. Don't start from scratch every time – you can return to earlier sessions and continue or fine-tune your plan later.
Common issues
Suggestions feel off-brand
When outputs miss the mark, review the communication and voice guidance fields that actually appear in your workspace settings—do not promise Brand Kit controls until they are visible in your tenant. Tighten the prompt with audience, channels, and measurable goals.
