Connect calendar (Google / Outlook)

Connect a calendar so Meeting Agent can find meetings using in-app prompts.

In Lyyli, Meeting Agent needs a connected calendar—without it, meetings will not appear automatically.

Steps

  1. Open Settings / integrations for Meetings within your product navigation.
  2. Choose Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook and finish authentication.
  3. Return and confirm status text shows a healthy connection.
  4. Disconnect/reconnect only when instructed—tenant consent gaps are common root causes.

Org configuration

Conditional access or missing consent surfaces vendor errors—escalate to IT. Skip infra-only troubleshooting in customer docs.

Decide whose mailbox/calendar anchors customer-facing calls so Meeting Agent behaves predictably.

Common issues

OAuth hangs

Double-check authorised account and calendars exposed to integrations—sub-calendars may be hidden per rollout.
