Operational checklist
- Open Inbox from the left navigation.
- Move each item through approval / needs info / done states using UI-native verbs.
- Keep clarifications attached to the same thread.
- Spawn content once creative scope is known.
- Archive completed noise so triage stays fast.
Missing inbound mail
Check workspace intake settings and allowed sender addresses. Confirm the message was sent to the correct intake address.
