Meeting Agent and calendar

Meeting Agent (Growth and Professional) helps you turn meetings into communication output: transcripts, communication ideas, summaries, and overviews are available in one flow. You can also request a new analysis when needed.

Meetings menu from the left sidebar

1. Open Meetings from the left sidebar.
2. Select a meeting from the list.
3. Use meeting tabs: Communication ideas, Overview, Transcript, Summary, and Extra details.
4. Request a new analysis when you need refreshed results.

Settings menu

1. Open Settings from the meetings view.
2. Connect Google Calendar or M365/Outlook calendar.
3. Configure meeting bot settings (for example bot usage, language, and defaults).
4. Save your changes.

Calendar from the left sidebar

1. Open Calendar from the left sidebar to view upcoming meetings.
2. Choose which meetings Lyyli should join.
3. You can also send Lyyli to meetings even when you are not attending.

Add a meeting manually

1. Open manual meeting creation from the meeting view.
2. Enter URL/meeting ID, title, and scheduled time.
3. Schedule the meeting bot.
