When you want more from Lyyli

Enable these features after the basics work. You do not need to do everything at once. Return to the setup overview or 15-minute setup anytime.

You can define sources for Lyyli to scan for topics, or route emails and requests into Inbox. Lyyli suggests topics — you decide what to talk about.

Add brand colors, fonts, and reference images (logo, product photos, style examples). Add visual rules if needed, for example: leave space around the logo, do not place text over faces, and keep contrast strong.

Use AI images thoughtfully. Authentic photos of real situations are often the best starting point. AI works well for backgrounds, layout, sketches, and small edits. If an image is edited so an unreal situation could look real, ensure the transparency and labeling you need.

A workspace can have its own email address. After you authorize sender addresses, you can forward releases, news, event invites, or material you want to react to later. The address is usually in workspace settings under content.

The content board (Kanban) gives you the big picture: Idea → Draft → In review → Ready → Published. Moving cards shows what is in progress, waiting for approval, or already published — without drafts getting lost in chat or email.

You do not need to rewrite the same idea from scratch for every channel. Adapt the core message for LinkedIn, a newsletter, and a web article, and edit each version separately.

Instead of pasting text into chat, share a review link. The recipient can comment without a Lyyli account, and comments stay with the content.

With the planning tool you can ask for a communications plan before, during, and after an event. Communication stays proactive instead of reactive.

Lyyli's default model is enough for most situations. For heavier planning, long-document analysis, or deep backgrounding, use Premium models if they are included in your plan. If your organization shares a Premium quota, factor that in.
